CELEBRATE OUR INCLUSIVITY
In July 2021 we applied to participate in a Whole School SEND / DFE project regarding inclusive practice for SEND pupils. This was in line with our whole school strategic aims for 2021 and 2022 and all improvements would be underpinned with high quality training and evidence based research. The success of our project in just 3 months of the 9 month journey led to us presenting our impact to 860 DFE officials regarding outstanding inclusive practice of typicality. We are so proud of our schools achievements. Since our project into Reading and SEND pupils we have joined the DFE Reading working party, SEND policy group and been asked to lead a MAT focused steering group into Reading, Behaviour and curriculum. We cannot wait!
