Admission arrangements 

 

The schools published admission number is 210 pupils.

 

Apply for a reception place

 

Applications for admission for Reception at Kidsgrove Primary should be made through Staffordshire Local Authority.

 

Information on the application process is available from the Staffordshire Council Admissions Office or via: www.staffordshire.gov.uk.

All applications must be received by the closing date in January 2019 to be classed as ‘on time’.To apply for a place at the school, the online application form can be completed here.

We invite all parents/carers to visit our school to meet our staff, tour the building, ask questions and see our inspiring learning environment in action.

Early Years offer

The Early Years setting at our school is rated as GOOD by Ofsted.

 

Additionally, a unique pathway is available from pre-school right through to secondary education at Kidsgrove Secondary School and beyond to University.

 

Nursery

All children from 3-4 years of age currently receive 30 hours FREE education, regardless of criteria, which can be used flexibly throughout the week. 

 

Extended hours of care are available for all children aged from 3 to 11 years old from 7:30am to 5:30pm in the form of breakfast and after school clubs while we also provide unique holiday care facilities.

Reception

We deliver the very best education possible in a caring and family-oriented community. We focus on the highest quality of teaching and learning across the curriculum with a central importance of literacy and numeracy.
