Empowering Learners...Growing Minds
In Nursery our teaching staff are
Mrs Cartwright and Mrs Tomlinson
In Nursery, children are exposed to daily active carpet sessions for phase 1 phonics, fine motor skills, and active maths. From the moment the children arrive, they are promised a memorable experience, with a well resourced, magical environment and staff who go above and beyond to ensure that children develop the most wonderful imagination.
Children are exposed to an outstanding education, with independence and critical thinking encouraged from their very first day.
With Prime areas as the key focus in our Nursery, children can listen well, communicate and respond, leaving the Nursery confident and resilient, as they become the most curious learners who can question and interact with both peers and adults.
The specific areas are covered and by the time children enter reception, they have a superb basis for number to 5 and shape.
Our environment in the nursery is exemplary. It promises to always be influenced by child interest and suitable for each individual in the room. It allows for progression and for challenge, with our excellent adult in the moment facilitation.
Our children know our high expectations from the very second they begin their journey in our school. Their experience is magical.
